Laser cutting benches enable us to cut details, materials and work pieces out of different drawings and sketches. We simply transfer all the data to our computer and select proper metal sheets to work with. The rest is up to our high-tech lasers.
There are many advantages in laser cutting, compared to the mechanical cutting - economy, higher productivity, production flexibility and last but not least - speed. We don’t need any separate blanks and prototype models. Production process and production time does not depend on complexity of details and pieces and there is no need for additional instruments jigs or even separate blank components. The cut width is minimal - generally less than 0.5 mm with most common materials and the thermal effect remains also minimal. The end result is visually and physically perfect.
Unlike gas- and plasma cutting, laser cutting makes possible to cut under thread gaps, vents and holes with a diameter smaller than materials own measure of thickness.
Our range of cutting benches includes three different laser-cutting machines for sheet material, one tube laser and one for cutting various profile materials. All laser-cutting machines are manufactured in the German company Trumpf GmbH, which is known for its high quality and highly reliable machinery. We are planning to expand our bench park, as the demand for different metal cutting requests is constantly growing.
