Tube laser enables to cut parts from different tube and pipe profiles, which are made out of steel, stainless steel or even aluminium. Tubes can be either round or square with oval or rectangular cross-section cutting. Profile of the particular tube doesn’t play an important role in production, as long as the tube diameter or diagonal will remain appropriate for the bench. For example, when using our machine, you should keep in mind that tube measurements of our cutting machine are suitable for pipes with outside diameter or diagonal measurements between 15 mm and 250 mm.
Cutting with tube laser has many advantages compared to mechanical cutting. Increased productivity and production flexibility are just a few amongst many. Mechanical cutting methods usually require many time-consuming preparations - machine adjustments, fixtures, and a large number of work hours. Laser cutting is much faster as all the measurements are inserted to the computer, which constantly corrects the production process and in the end every detail is identical and precise in every way.
